Subscription & Monthly Top-Up Policy
Optional service: Adding a monthly refill (subscription) is optional and can be removed during checkout.
Confirmation: After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and your first order.
Manage or cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next order is created by:
- clicking the cancellation link in the confirmation email, or
- contacting us for assistance.
Renewals: Each scheduled refill automatically generates a new order.
No cancellation after creation: Once a new order has been created, it can no longer be canceled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipping.
Valid orders: All orders generated after subscribing to the subscription are considered valid and final, and will be processed and billed accordingly.
